Update as of 5 December 2023—
Okay, so, a Slack comment this morning from Eugene made my day:
“A bit late to the party but this page is FUCKING EPIC, thank you team”
—Eugene Aseev (Founder & CTO, Chainstack)
And here’s another kicker: I was officially re-dubbed and given a new Slack handle—Pulkit Jobs—which had previously, forever, been “Optimistic Pulkit”. Win win! 😊😎
Original post as of 8 November 2023—
I am super thrilled because earlier today we launched Chainstack’s fresh, new, revamped landing page for our Enterprise customer segment.
(Case study coming soon)
Continuing with our new tradition of being bold, direct, and concise, I had a lot of fun crafting the positioning and messaging for this revamp, while also leading the creative direction and the visual aesthetic of this page.
The page now scrolls with a full narrative of what Chainstack means for the enterprise and focuses on the biggest concerns voiced by the ICP, starting with consolidation.
The need for an enterprise business to be able to simplify and consolidate all of their Web3 operations stack under “one roof”, so to speak, without having to deal with multiple vendor partners and services, different platforms and offerings, and worst of all—having to understand and struggle with multiple different billing mechanisms and invoices from them all.
And therefore, devoid of any vanity metrics that such businesses couldn’t care less about, the headline now simply reads:
The one-stop Web3 enterprise stack
Once again, putting Chainstack’s brand name into action with the word “stack” and anchoring the narrative firmly in consolidation as the primary value proposition with the word “one-stop”.
Furthermore, the sub-headline now, very objectively, reads:
One provider. One interface. One invoice.
To simplify your scale across Web2 and Web3.
Very clearly stating how, with Chainstack, your team would only ever need to deal with a singular technology provider-slash-partner; one singular, unified interface—wether that’s the Chainstack team or our product’s intuitive user-interface providing access to everything you need to build in Web3—from blockchain nodes, to subgraphs for data indexing and querying, to various API and Marketplace extensions, to IPFS gateways for decentralized file storage, and more.
And to top it all off, you’d only ever need to view and manage one invoice based on the simplest and most transparent pricing in all of Web3. Pretty bold claim, right? But it’s absolutely true.
And the second part of the sub-headline: “To simplify your scale across Web2 and Web3” clearly includes both, existing native enterprise players in the Web3 space, while also welcoming Web2 enterprises looking forward to expand into Web3 and add innovation layers to their offerings.
What made working on this page especially great was being able to mentally put myself into the Sales team’s shoes and mentally walk-through how sales calls with Enterprise customers flowed. Our narrative, their motivations and concerns, and how to address them with the empathy and understanding they deserve.
A very fulfilling endeavor, I couldn’t be more excited now that our Enterprise positioning refresh is out in the wild. Watch this space as I will be working on a full case-study focusing on the process and the outcomes soon.
